[Journal Club] Self-interacting neutrinos and the Hubble tension

I will talk about two recent works (1902.00534 and 2004.10868) that consider the effects of neutrino self-interactions on cosmological observables and how these effects may reduce the tension on measurements of the Hubble constant.
